To the Midwest and Beyond!

Aloha from beautiful Illinois!

I am getting settled in back in the Land of Lincoln. It is great to be closer to some of my clients in the area and I am looking forward to adding some more to the already awesome list of Old Hat clients.

Last week, I had the opportunity to attend one of Bradley University’s Community Nights in central Illinois. We put together a website to promote the coaches tour (check it out here: bravescommunitynights.com/). The website was a big success, increasing fan interaction and providing some valuable fan information for the athletic department.

While there, I was also able to check out the volleyball and men’s soccer posters we designed, as well as the fall schedule card. That is a good looking spread, if you ask me.

Being able to visit clients at their offices really adds to the service we can provide at Old Hat. While we provide great customer service from Norman, having the chance to check in face to face adds another level of customer service. It allows us to step up our involvement and, hopefully, we can help department’s come up with additional solutions to problems they may have. Being able to visit campus and interact with fans is also great, especially since a majority of us have worked in athletic departments.

Not only am I around to help out my midwest clients, I am also available to help out with Old Hat's other clients. Last week, I was able to make the trip to South Bend to help out Deb and Dustin with a video shoot at Notre Dame. Robert was there too, but he needs more help than I can provide in a single day.

The opening of the Greensboro and Chicago Old Hat offices allows us to better service all of our clients. From attending and helping at the big events to going through revisions in person to picking up your dry cleaning, the opportunities for US to help YOU are wide open. Be sure to take advantage and let us know how we can help!
