This Week in 1995- Gary Payton was the first NBA player to wear a pair of rubber gloves during a game.
Hey folks, Dustin and I are out shooting in the lovely Peoria, Illinois yesterday and today so I thought I'd recap our trip with a few photos. I have to admit Peoria has never been at the top of my list for travel destinations, but I also live in Oklahoma so who am I to complain? So far Peoria has been a good trip. And I only downgrade to "good" because our flight out of Chicago O'Hare once again got messed up (canceled actually), so we had to take a 3-hour charter bus ride into Peoria on Monday night. But I don't fault the city of Peoria for that. I blame big brother Chicago for that one.
So I have a lot of photos to show and little time to get them all uploaded before we start shooting again today. A very special thanks to Erin (photo below) for her hospitality and help organizing the shoot before and during our stay. I think I'm busy this time of the year, but seeing all the stuff our clients have to put together gives me a greater appreciation for their dedication to their jobs- and I realize how fortunate we are to be a part of it all! Enjoy the photos, and if this makes you wish Old Hat were out shooting some video for you, remember we're just a call away...

A little more behind-the-scenes of Dustin shooting
Dustin's disappointment as we walk BY Avanti's rather than IN Avanti's. Apparently it's very popular with the locals.
Part of the Red/White game that we were invited to. Great event for the fans!
Dustin telling me why this One World coffee was such a better value than Starbucks across the street.
The Bradley Spaghetti Dinner before the Red/White scrimmage.
Erin Kraebber hard at work during the Red/White scrimmage.
Dustin enjoying the Spaghetti Dinner.
No Bradley athletes were harmed in the filming of this video.
My apple pie that I had at One World. Good stuff...
Dustin and I were introduced to the Horseshoe while in Illinois. Quite a compilation of cheese, fries, tenderloin and texas toast. Mmmmmm!
The new Alumni Center at Bradley... yeah, the big building that Dustin is pointing at in case that wasn't clear.
Erin and I about to be run over by an apparent train. We look fairly happy despite the looming catastrophe about to ensue.
Tracie's from this area as well, but this is about as close as we got. We were gonna visit, but I have a real fear of war memorials.
